I'm Ana Zaharia, a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Transformational Coach, and Astrologer.
For nearly two decades, I've been exploring what it means to live a soul-led life, not as an abstract spiritual concept, but as something you practice in the middle of real life.
Along the way, I've explored astrology, psychosynthesis, parts work, somatic practices, guided journeys, shadow work, spirituality, and the many ways our inner world shapes the life we create.
I've also learned through experience. I've ignored my own knowing. I've gotten caught in old patterns. I've followed paths that looked right from the outside and discovered they weren't right for me. I've experienced the process of becoming more fully myself from the inside out.
