Who I Am

Hi, I’m Ana – a certified Transformational Psychosynthesis Coach (P.L.C.) and Astrologer who helps women move from feeling stuck to stepping fully into their power. Using astrology, coaching, and a symbiotic combo of somatic and energetic tools I guide clients to uncover strengths, release limiting patterns, and create lives of clarity and purpose.

Having walked my own own path through personal transformation, I deeply understand the courage it takes to embrace change. When I’m not coaching or leading circles, I enjoy exploring nature, dancing, sipping coffee over meaningful conversations, and making memories with Brett, the kids, and our pup.
