4. Payments
Prices for services and programs are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment according to the payment terms presented at checkout.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the options provided in your appointment confirmation or contact me.
Specific programs, courses, memberships, or events may have their own cancellation, refund, or transfer policies, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering, purchases are generally non-refundable once a service, course, program, or digital product has been purchased or accessed.
If an offering has a specific refund policy, that policy will take precedence over this general provision.

7. Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships
When you purchase access to a course, program, membership, recording, digital product, or other online offering, your access is intended for your personal use only.

I am not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ana Zaharia Coaching and Ana Zaharia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of this website or participation in my services.
